Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account info: Email, name, and avatar (for authentication)
• Trade data: Everything you log or import—stored in Supabase, encrypted at rest
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used (via PostHog or Vercel Analytics)
• Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe—we never see your card details

2. How We Use It

We use your data to provide the service (journaling, analytics, AI coaching), process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts) via Resend, and improve the product using aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.

3. AI Processing

Your trade data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI insights and responses. We do not sell this data or use it to train AI models. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by Claude.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the services needed to run TradeDog:

• Supabase (database and auth)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (AI processing)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Vercel (hosting and analytics)

We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. Delete your account in Settings to permanently delete all your data immediately.

6. Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security means only you can access your data. We never store passwords—Supabase Auth handles authentication securely.

7. Your Rights

You can access your data anytime. Pro and Elite users can export their data via Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We may use analytics cookies if you consent. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser.

9. Children

TradeDog is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
