Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using TradeDog (tradedogapp.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
TradeDog is a trade journaling, analytics, and AI coaching tool. We help you log trades, analyze performance, and get AI-powered insights based on your trading history.
3. Not Financial Advice
All AI insights, daily briefings, and analysis on TradeDog are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on TradeDog constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeDog. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Subscription & Billing
Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, abuse, reverse engineer, or share your account with others. Use TradeDog only for its intended purpose as a personal trading journal and analytics tool.
7. Data
You own your trade data. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for advertising. Your trade data may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing—it is used in anonymized trade context only and is not sold or used to train models.
8. AI Disclaimer
AI features require at least 10 trades to work. AI outputs are generated from your trade history and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Past patterns do not predict future results. AI is a tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
TradeDog is provided "as is." We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or service downtime. Use the service at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings—all your data is deleted immediately and permanently.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeDog after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
