By accessing or using Trade Dog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trade Dog is a web-based trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders log, review, and analyze their trades. The Service may include AI-powered analysis features, data import tools, and performance tracking.

3. Not Financial Advice

Trade Dog is a journaling, analytics, and educational tool only. Nothing provided by the Service — including AI-generated insights, analysis, scores, or suggestions — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service includes AI-generated commentary, analysis, insights, behavioral scores, and suggestions ("AI Content"). All AI Content is hypothetical, informational, and for educational purposes only. You should understand that:

• AI Content is generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• AI Content does not account for your full financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives
• Any performance figures, projections, or "what-if" scenarios presented by the AI are entirely hypothetical and do not reflect actual or guaranteed results
• AI-generated behavioral scores, pattern analysis, and trade recommendations are opinions produced by an algorithm — not professional financial analysis
• You should never make trading decisions based solely on AI Content from the Service

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI Content. Use it at your own risk.

5. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trade Dog. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. User Data & Trade Information

You retain ownership of all trade data and content you upload to Trade Dog. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell your personal trade data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Dog and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.
